As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the setup, implementation and in-life management of B2C campaigns on behalf of Lumata’s clients. Lumata’s clients are primarily mobile operators responsible for BTL CRM campaigns and large scale loyalty programmes. This role will be part of the Marketing Services team, which owns the strategic design, consultation and management of the marketing programmes on our client’s behalf.

You will have regular communication with your clients as well as internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of campaigns. As Lumata’s clients are distributed globally, excellent communication skills are a must to ensure a high quality level of service.

This individual must have a Bachelor degree or 2 years of relevant marketing experience.



Marketing Operations
• Configuration of campaigns on Expression campaign platform
• QA plan development and oversight of new campaigns
• Ongoing management of live campaigns
• Reporting on key campaign metrics
• Perform campaign audits to ensure campaigns are running efficiently
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of agreed milestones

• Capture campaign business requirements
• Map customer journey flows across the end-to-end campaign experience
• Own the campaign plan and scheduling of relevant campaign activity
• Support ad-hoc campaign related requests from clients and internal marketing consultants

Client Management
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
• Manage client budget where applicable
• Contribute to the development and execution of Account Development Plan
• Ensure invoicing is triggered on-time by Finance team

Product Support
• Become an expert on the campaign management platform
• Work with the Head of Client Services and the Product team to understand clients’ new product requirements and feed into product roadmap

• Programme KPIs vs. Success KPIs agreed with clients
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction vs. baseline
• Cost of the Services as a % of Revenue



• You have a tangible track record of delivering projects within budget and in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Background in an Agency business is preferred
• Background in the Mobile industry a bonus but not a must
• Be able to operate in multicultural environments
• Comfortable in a fast pace environment
• Manage virtual teams of people remotely across countries
• Fluency in English is mandatory
