You'll work in the team that is delivering and supporting a SW Product, for some customers in the Telco industry, delivered as License or Managed Service
The position will include the following activities (among others):
· At presales phase, assist the Sales team to quote and assess the high level feasibility of the solution. The solution is usually including the Lumata SW Product as a back end, and some bespoke front end (such as mobile application, web site).
· During the setup design phase, drive the internal Lumata resource (marketing consultant, product team, solution architect) to scope and provide the low level design. The low level design is usually including the integration of Lumata backend into data feed, communication channel (SMS, email, push app), web service based fulfillment API.
· During the setup build phase, drive the internal Lumata resource to deliver the solution then get the acceptance from the Telco. This will include steps such as SW delivery cycles, acceptance test, training, cutover.
· During the run phase, drive the internal Lumata resource to maintain as a Managed Service or License Support the solution or the service. This is including close relation with Telco Marketing team and internal Lumata Marketing teams.
